چکیده
The aggregation states and physical properties of polymers in thin films deviate from those found the bulk. Although an effect thickness on carrier mobility for poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) has been widely studied, there is a lack discussion terms crystallographic distortion. Here, we demonstrate how out-of-plane hole P3HT, which typical semiconducting polymer, changes with decreasing film thickness. Time-of-flight measurements analysis using Gaussian disorder model revealed that zero-field decreased because increase energetical spatial distribution hopping sites. Grazing incidence wide-angle x-ray diffraction such distributions charge carriers were induced by distortion P3HT films.

An Effect of Molecular Motion on Carrier Formation in a Poly(3-hexylthiophene) Film
Free carriers, polarons (P), in conjugated polymers play a key role in the performance of optoelectronic devices. Here, we present solid evidence that P can be predominantly generated from polaron pairs (PP) in a poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) film under zero electric field. P formation from PP strongly depends on temperature. The temperature dependence of P starts to change around 300 K. P3HT e...

the central purpose of this study was to conduct a case study about the role of self monitoring in teacher’s use of motivational strategies. furthermore it focused on how these strategies affected students’ motivational behavior. although many studies have been done to investigate teachers’ motivational strategies use (cheng & d?rnyei, 2007; d?rnyei & csizer, 1998; green, 2001, guilloteaux & d?...
Charge carrier mobility in thin films of organic semiconductors by the gated van der Pauw method
Thin film transistors based on high-mobility organic semiconductors are prone to contact problems that complicate the interpretation of their electrical characteristics and the extraction of important material parameters such as the charge carrier mobility. Here we report on the gated van der Pauw method for the simple and accurate determination of the electrical characteristics of thin semicon...
